Inside, details remain limited due to the mock test vehicle. However, the overall dashboard layout is expected to remain familiar. Maruti may offer updated upholstery, new trims and additional features. Under the hood, the facelifted Baleno is expected to retain the existing 1.2-litre petrol engine with a CNG option. This motor currently produces around 89 hp and 113 Nm of torque. Maruti Suzuki may also consider introducing the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine from the Suzuki To broaden the lineup, although its introduction remains uncertain. The Baleno has been one of the best-selling cars in its segment since the arrival of the current generation in 2022, making this update an important one for Maruti Suzuki. More details are expected to be revealed closer to its official unveiling.
